The day of
liberation of the Auschwitz Prison Camp by the Soviet Red Army on
the 27 January 1945, occurred during a period of extreme winter
weather conditions: Extremely Cold and Snowy; Witnesses described
the day of liberation as exceptionally cold, with the camp and
surrounding barracks covered in a Thick Layer of Snow. The
Frozen Environment of January 1945 saw heavy frost and snow, with
reports indicating freezing temperatures and, in some areas, a
biting wind, creating brutal period of extreme winter weather
characterized by Deep Snow, Sub-Zero Temperatures. The
barracks and the surrounding Birkenau camp area were covered with a
thick layer of snow. The majority of photos and videos taken by the
Soviet Red Army and American Army, have no snow.

11. James Cleveland "Jesse" Owens, Black American athlete who
made history at the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin, Germany
Even though he defeated the top German athletes in the 1936
Olympics, the German people liked him. Crowds of 110,000 cheered him
in Berlin's glittering Olympic Stadium; fans sought his autograph
and picture when he walked the streets. In 2014, Eric Brown, British
fighter pilot and test pilot, the Fleet Air Arm's most decorated
living pilot, stated in a BBC documentary: "I actually witnessed
Hitler shaking hands with Jesse Owens, and congratulating him on what
he had achieved." Additionally, an article in The Baltimore Sun in
August 1936 reported that Hitler sent Owens a commemorative
inscribed cabinet photograph of himself. Jesse Owens carried a
photograph of Adolf Hitler shaking hands with him at the 1936 Berlin
Olympics in his wallet.

reporter at the time, claimed Owens showed him the photograph and

was taken behind the honour stand and so not captured by the world's

The Bombing Raids on
Dresden
Young German People
are trying to
preserve the honourable memory of the dead, and to preserve for
posterity its European Culture and Civilization. The Criminal Bombing of Germany's
7th Largest City
Dresden, 13 February 1945, by the Aliied British and American Bombers, Destroyed
the German Cultural City of Dresden. Been known over the centuries as the
seat of the Saxon Electors, and Kings ruling over different
territories named Saxony from the beginning of the Saxon Duchy in
the 6th century to the end of the German monarchies in 1918. In that night Dresden lost its
soul forever. The city with all its people, its art and cultural
treasures sinking in the abyss of bombs and fire. Countless numbers
of residents, predominantly women, children, and elderly
people, fell victim to the meticulously planned Allied bombing. More than
17,000 are known by name. Tens of Thousands more unidentified
because they burned were beyond recognition. Countless refugees from
eastern Germany flooded the city in those days. For many thousands,
their escape ended in the bombing of Dresden. Nameless and unknown,
they suffocated in the facilities of train stations, burned in the
station squares, and were reduced to ash in the phosphorus
fire. They stand as representatives for the countless dead Civilian German
who fell victim to a "moral bombing." In early 1945, before the
bombing, Dresden's population was around 640,000, which
was larger than normal, because the city had accepted many evacuees
from other heavily bombed German cities. The Allied bombing carnage
drastically annihilated the population. The Allied War Crimes of
Dresden are generally played
down, and the victims are both mocked and denied. A
monument, as a place of remembrance of the Destruction of Dresden,
Does Not Exist. The tragic fate of this city, is used by official

RAF Airman Victor Gregg
Victor Gregg joined
the British Army in 1937, with 21 years; before that he first joined
the Rifle Brigade in India and Palestine at the age of 19, before
serving in the Western Desert. Before the Battle of Arnhem, with the
10th Battalion, Parachute Regiment. Victor was one of 582 men
parachuted into Holland as part of the ill-fated Operation Market
Garden. He was taken as a prisoner of war, and attempted twice to
escape before being sent to work in a soap factory. After sabotaging
the factory, causing it to burn to the ground, he was sentenced to
death in Dresden, and only escaped due to Allied bombing in February
1945.

The Game of Vranyo
The Game of
Vranyo is a cultural practice in Russian culture, Where People Tell
Elaborate Lies that are not meant to be believed, but the listener
goes along with it anyway. The "game" involves a mutual
understanding between the liar and the listener that the lie is a
form of social performance or a way to save face, and the listener's
participation in this pretence is a key part of the interaction.

partisan fighter, and inmate of Buchenwald, and concentration camps.
Rassinier heard stories after the war of mechanized exterminations

14 years when a party, theoretically Christian, sat with those who

economic policy of this now superseded system was a Christian

answer, or has the destruction of German life, of the German peasant

Positive Christianity in the

The Principle of National
Community
“In Union there

Ye are either for or Against me, saith the Lord for: “This day, as
of old, there is set before thee good and evil. Choose Thou whom ye

“The NSDAP placed
The Principle of the “national community”, its most important
political goal, at the core. “Common good goes before personal
good”; or “One for All, All for One”, were the watchwords then,
which introduced the “Fuhrerstaat.” In practice, it meant that all
previous organizations were transformed without asking the existing
members. Whoever actively and openly opposed this was sent for
“education" to a concentration camp. There, he stayed for a week,
month, year or longer, until he had grasped the “spirit of the
national community.” Many former communists and members of the
political opposition shifted very quickly to the new system without
experiencing drawbacks from their earlier allegiance.” - in Doring-Ernst

The System of the National Community reached every German. The
“Blockwart” was the lowest grade among the so-called political
leaders. He was assigned a residential quarter of several hundred
inhabitants, in which he had to ensure order and social conditions.
If, for example, old people found it hard to fetch coal from the
cellar, he would inform the local Hitler Youth, who would make it
the duty of a few Hitler boys to help these old people (Every day a
good deed). If older people needed help to do the shopping, then the
“League of German Girls” would be notified to help here. Then there
were the NS-Women’s League and the NS-Social Services who were
inserted over adult misconduct. The majority of the population
perceived this “new time” as positive and were content with their
personal development. (ibid.)
Salary and income adjustments were fixed by the German Labour Front,
on behalf of the government without strikes, and thus without general
financial loss for the companies, and without disturbance for the
population. What in an individual case could not be satisfactorily
regulated by the generally issued laws and ordinances often found a
comfortable solution through the Party.
We sang the songs of the erstwhile (former) Bündischer Jugend
(Federal Youth) after 1918, and
the Boy Scout movement before 1914. Just as in those days, we
erected tent encampments, made campfires, read aloud, played outdoor
activities, sport and games, and then there was the "Every Day a
Good Deed.” It may sound ‘banal’ today, but that was our world
then. It felt good, as young people, to be recognized, and to be
part of this "new era of the National Socialist Movement.” We
grew up in a time in which profession, marriage and family were
self-evidently desirable goals in life for us young people, the
youth had also come away from frustration and hanging around in the
street or in backyards, away from drugs or alcohol, from smoking or
criminal acts. They were aggregated in a community of
contemporaries. Much sport was played, there was much outside
exercise, handicrafts in our free time, we helped each other over
schoolwork and if the homework was too hard, we asked an older
Hitler Youth leader for advice. One might criticize this today or
denounce it as political influence, but there were few young people
who wanted to be outsiders, and who did not participate with their
friends and school comrades. (ibid.)

Gerard Menuhin is the kind that the Führer described as “noble Jew.”
Dr Bloch, his family doctor was one, for instance. He said about
him: “If all Jews were like him, there would be no Jewish question.”
I not only accept the concept of noble Jew but also apply this quote
to Menuhin (and his blessed father). If all Jews were like the
Menuhins, there would be no Jewish question, and no anti-judaism!
Unfortunately neither 2 nor 1,000 of the righteous suffice to
atone for the damage caused daily by millions of Jews in the world
of international finance. So, one cannot exculpate Jewry, but at

It's a Pity Hitler Did Not
Get Here
“I am a Normandy
Veteran. Waiting off Normandy beaches I was to go ashore 10.30 AM,
D-Day, having been briefed early on that the first 48 hours, was
crucial, due to German Panzers splitting into three groups, and
would take 48 hours for them to assemble into an attack force, and
that 50% casualties were expected on landing. On our section, Juno,
we had before leaving the U.K., been attached to the Canadians and
they were due to land at 6.30 AM. My feeling now, I have seen this
country, what lads died and were killed for, thinking they were
defending this country from what they were told was a brutal enemy,
but they have not been able to see the way this has country has been
taken over by quislings, to minority groups, who pass laws to hand
cuff the law abiding citizens knowing they will obey. We now have
people entering our country thinking these laws are not made for
them, only the English. Don’t forget that some people of the U.K.
were not able to read and write before the war, so we were brought
up to speak the truth. Your word was your bond and your handshake
sealed the deal, but what has been put in place? Double dealing,
people speaking with fork tongues, who are making vast sums of money
on another one’s back. Over the years I have read newspapers and
listened to other news media and the way they are used to manipulate
a story so that we must feel sorry for certain groups. Then we get
the ism’s at the end. Sexism, racism, human rights, but this is all
designed, freedom of ones handcuffs for others, but you know who the
others are. I have 2 Newspapers on a Saturday, "The Daily Mail", and
"Daily Express." There’s not many Saturdays go by, that the
readers are not reminded what brutes the Nazi’s were, and we must not
allow minority groups to be treat this way. Therefore, it has been a
sledge-hammer, to bring in new laws, to tie our own people’s hands.
I am beginning to wonder if the Second World War, was started not
because Hitler went into Poland. When I was young before the war, we
were told what brutes the Germans were, square heads doing the goose
step, with their arms held out shouting “Heil Hitler!” I was proud I
took part in stopping him. But when I met the Germans during the
occupation, and their soldiers when taken prisoners, my thoughts
were they are no different than you and I. Where was the fanatics I
was told about? We were a United Kingdom; it’s been broken up to a
disunited kingdom. It’s like demolishing a mansion to build a lot of
prefabs. After all that I have written, I still think this is a
great country, and that we are still the centre of the World’s
freedom but I don’t want to see it lost by a load of elected and

What Is Democracy
"The vast
process of the industrialization of the peoples meant the confluence
of great masses of workmen in the towns. Thus great hordes of people
arose, and these, more's the pity, were not properly dealt with by
those whose moral duty it was to concern themselves for their
welfare. Parallel with this was a gradual moneyfication of the whole
of the nation's labor-strength. Share-capital was in the ascendant,
and thus bit by bit the Stock Exchange came to control the whole
national economy. The directors of these institutions were, and are
without exception, foreign. Through the press propaganda, through
the use of the organs of information, it was possible in England to
found the great model parties. Already in those early days they saw
to it shrewdly that here were always two or three groups apparently
hostile to each other, but in fact all hanging on a gold thread, the
whole designed to take account of a human characteristic - that the
longer a man possesses an object, the more readily he grows tired of
it. He craves something new: therefore one needs two parties. The
one is in office, the other in opposition. When the one has played
itself out, then the opposition party comes into power, and the
party which has had its day is now in its turn the opposition. After
twenty years the new party itself has once more played itself out
and the game begins afresh. In truth this is a highly ingenious mill
in which the interests of a nation are ground very small. As
everyone knows, this system is given some such name as
Self-Government of a People. Besides this we always find two great
catchwords, Freedom and Democracy, used, I might say, as signboards.
Freedom: under that term is understood, at least amongst those in
authority who in fact carry on the Government, the possibility of an
unchecked plundering of the masses of the people to which no
resistance can be offered. The masses themselves naturally believe
that under the term freedom they possess the right to a quite
peculiar freedom of motion - freedom to move the tongue and to say
what they choose, freedom to move about the streets, etc. A bitter
deception! And the same is true of democracy. In general even in the
early days both England and France had already been bound with the
fetters of slavery. The intelligentsia at that time was almost
exclusively German, big business and the new industries were in
German hands, while the last reservoir of a people's strength, the
peasantry, was throughout healthy. In such conditions if, as
industry grew, a fourth estate was formed in the towns, there was
the danger that this fourth estate might ally itself with the
monarchy, and thus with its support there might arise a popular
monarchy or a popular Kaisertum which would be ready and willing to
give a mortal blow to those powers of international supra-State
finance which were at that time beginning to grow in influence. So
soon as millions of men have had it hammered into them that they are
so oppressed and enslaved that it matters not what their personal
attitude may be to their people, their State, or economic life, then
a kind of passive resistance must result, which sooner or later will
do fatal damage to the national economy. Through the preaching of
the Marxist economic theory the national economy must go to ruin. We
see the results in Russia: the end of the whole economic life of the
State: the handing over of the community to the international world

Anglo-German Economic Partnership
“From Britain’s
perspective, the Munich Agreement was intended to be just the start
of a wider process that would culminate in “World Political
Partnership” between London and Berlin. Two months prior, the
Federation of British Industries, known today as the Confederation
of British Industry, made contact with its German counterpart,
Reichsgruppe Industrie. The pair eagerly agreed their respective
governments should enter into formal negotiations on Anglo-German
Economic Integration. The summit went swimmingly, and a formal
conference in Düsseldorf was scheduled for next March. A month
later, they inked a formal agreement on the creation of an
international Anglo-German coal cartel. British officials fully
endorsed this relationship, believing it would provide a crucial
foundation for future alliance with National Socialist Germany in
other fields. Moreover, it was hoped Berlin’s industrial and
technological prowess would Reinvigorate Britain’s Economy at home,
and throughout the Empire, which was ever-increasingly lagging
behind the ascendant United States. In February 1939,
representatives of British Government, and Industry made a
pilgrimage to Berlin to feast with high-ranking National Socialists
officials, in advance of the next month’s joint conference.” -

National Socialist
Germany's Eugenic Program
“It is fair to
say that National Socialist Germany's Eugenic Program is the most
ambitious and far reaching experiment in eugenics ever attempted by
any nation. When the National Socialists came to power, Germany was
biologically in a bad way. Much of her best stock had perished on
the battlefields of the Great War. But those war losses were
surpassed by others during the post-war period, due to the falling
birth rate. Economic depression, mass-unemployment, hopelessness for
the future, had combined to produce a state, of mind in which
Germans were refusing to have children. The birth-rate dropped so
fast that the nation was no longer reproducing itself. Furthermore,
the lowest birth-rates were among those elements of highest social
value. The learned and professional classes were having so few
children that, at this rate, they would rapidly die out. At the
other end of the scale, the opposite was true. Morons, criminals,
and other anti-social elements were reproducing themselves at a rate
9 times as great as that of the general population. And those lowest
elements were favoured in their breeding by the welfare measures of
the Weimar regime. Statistics indicate that it cost far more to
support Germany's defectives than it did to run the whole
administrative side of Government-national, provincial, and local.
As the National Socialists saw it, they had a two-fold task: to
increase both the size and the quality of the population.
Indiscriminate incentives to big families would result largely in
more criminals and morons. So they coupled their encouragements to
sound citizens with a drastic curb on the defective elements. That
curb was the Sterilization Law. But the law specifically forbids
sterilization for any non-hereditary cause. Even mentally diseased
persons, habitual criminals, and ordinary alcoholics cannot be
sterilized. Each case up for sterilization must be proved beyond a
reasonable doubt before special district courts, and appeals from
their verdict can be taken, first to a regional court of appeals,
and ultimately to the High Appellate Court sitting in Berlin.
Parenthetically it should be noted that the term “sterilization”
does not mean castration. The law specifically prescribes methods
which involve only a minor operation and result in no diminution of
sexual activity other than incapacity to produce offspring.” -

Haavara Agreement
The Haavara
Agreement "The Transfer Agreement" was an agreement between Nazi
Germany and Zionist organizations signed on 25 August 1933. The
agreement was finalized after three months of talks by the Zionist
Federation of Germany, the Anglo-Palestine Bank (under the directive
of the Jewish Agency) and the economic authorities of Nazi Germany.
It was a major factor in making possible the migration of
approximately 60,000 German Jews to Palestine between 1933 and

“Two Jewish nurses who survived the war in the hospital, Meta Cohen
and Erna Westheimer, march under a banner emblazoned with two
six-pointed stars and the words: Berlin Jewish hospital: We honor
the dead victims of fascism. Another poster in the same procession
proclaims the grim statistics: BERLIN JEWISH COMMUNITY 1933: 186,000
MEMBERS 1945: 5,1OO MEMBERS. Yet, despite the terrible circumstances in which Berlin's Jews
existed, there subsisted at least a spurious appearance of
continuity with the past. Certain Jewish communal organizations
continued to exist, albeit under strict control of the authorities.
Among them was a central organization of German Jews and, in Berlin,
the organized Gemeinde, or Jewish community. These organizations
operated such religious and social welfare institutions as the Nazis
permitted the Jews to retain, among them the hospital. Jewish
religious observance continued as well as it could in such difficult
circumstances. Rabbi Leo Baeck, the revered head of the German
Jewish community, passed up the opportunity to emigrate so that he
could minister to those who remained in Germany. Despite continual
Nazi harassment, he and other German rabbis and rabbinical students
who remained behind managed to keep Jewish worship alive, even to
import supplies of kosher meat for observant Jews. There even was
Jewish entertainment for a segregated Jewish public under the aegis
of Jewish Culture Association, where Jewish musicians, actors, and
other performers expelled from all other employment in Germany found
an outlet in performing for solely Jewish audiences; however, they
were forbidden to play the music of Aryan German composers. On 6 May
the chief rabbi of the Polish army, Kahane, who had arrived in
Berlin with the Red Army, gathered around him a group of Jews in the
rooms of the Reichsvereinigung. Although the event was completely
improvised, the room was not big enough to hold the deeply moved
multitude; part of those who had come had to remain in the adjoining
rooms and hallways. First the rabbi said the Mincha prayer and then
he briefly and concisely described the situation. He pointed out
that the Nazi regime had cost 6 Million Jews their lives, of them
3.5 million in Poland alone. In remembrance of the
victims the chasan, who also belonged to the Polish army, sang El
mole rachamim which was interrupted by the sobs of the stirred

The diary opens
with a handwritten page containing Kennedy's reflections on World
War II: "Salana de Wolfgang once wrote: 'War is fatal to a
democracy if beaten." This war has been won — we cannot lose our
liberty at the hands of the enemy. But it is still a question
whether we shall have it in our own hands. We have been gravely
weakened by this war — our values have been changed as never before.
Within a few years Hitler will emerge from the hatred that surrounds
him now as one of the most significant figures who ever lived. He
had boundless ambition for his country which rendered him a menace
to the peace of the world, but he had a mystery about him in the way
he lived and in the manner of his death that will live and grow
after him. He had in him the stuff of which legends are made." -

"Q. Witness,
weren't you alarmed by the file note of Boley, and what action did
you take?
A. Certainly, the mere fact that a meeting took place at all, of
whose details I had no knowledge, was enough, in connection with
Boley's file note and probably also with a file note of Kritzinger,
to do that. I reported to the Fuehrer, and some weeks later I was
able to see him. I wanted to have a detailed discussion and get to
know the Fuehrer's views because, otherwise, I could not possibly
give any comments or state my own position.
Once again the Fuehrer would not discuss
the matter with me and cut short what had been intended to be a
lengthy report with words to the effect that during the war he did
not wish to hear any more reports in Jewish matters. He had more
important things to do now, and other people should have more
important things to do. Finally he said, pretty clearly, that he
wished that an end might be put to all these Jewish affairs, once
and for all. He added that after the war he would make a final
decision as to where the Jews were to go. I remember he said that
then there would be enough room in the East or in other places where
the Jews could be taken. That was my report to the
Fuehrer.
Q. What did you do after the second report to the Fuehrer?
A. The Fuehrer decision I just mentioned put to me quite a perfectly
plain end to the treatment of the question of the final solution for
the duration of the war. I immediately sent out information to this
effect to Goering, to the Minister of the Interior, to the RSHA; I
know that I also informed Schlegelberger and Stuckart; and probably
also a number of other agencies who had approached me during that
time on this matter and whom I could only put off again and by
saying that I would report to the Fuehrer.
Q. How did you interpret Hitler's remark that after the end of
the war he would decide where the Jews were to go?
A. I thought it was a reference to the various projects concerning
the setting up of a separate territory for the Jews, a sort of
autonomous Jewish state, or reservation, or whatever you want to
call it. There was a lot of talk about such projects at the time. I
had heard about them, without having myself gone into the question

From 1933 until 1945 he served as Chief of the Reich Chancellery
under Adolf Hitler. In 1937, he additionally was given the post of

The last General of the
Luftwaffe in World War II, was General Helmuth Wilberg, a German
Officer of Jewish ancestry
“Adolf Hitler’s
personal chief pilot and fighter ace Hans Baur served under Wilberg
during WWI and described him as the leading air theorist of the
German military. To Wilberg’s great surprise in 1935, the Nazi
Nuremberg racial laws officially labeled him a “Mischling of the
First Degree” or “half-Jew” because of his Jewish mother. But he
continued his duties. Later that year Hitler granted Wilberg “100%
Aryan status” thus magically transforming his race under German law.
Unwilling to delegate the life or death decision even when crucial
evaluations were being made about the war, Hitler personally
reviewed thousands of thick petitions for Aryanization prepared by
attorneys throughout his rule, many from servicemen. He granted few.
SS-Obergruppenführer and Chief of Himmler’s personal staff Karl
Wolff stated: “Wilberg, like Milch was accepted despite his Jewish
background because of his genius.” n June 1939, Wilberg had
breakfast with Hitler and other dignitaries and military
personalities. In a letter he wrote to a close friend after this
meeting. He described how freely the Führer discussed and developed
his ideas in this small group. In September 1940, Wilberg was
promoted to General der Flieger (General of the Aviators), a 3-star

“According to Hitler’s Jewish Soldiers by Bryan Mark Rigg, thousands
of full Jews and more than a hundred-thousand part-Jews joined the
military of the Third Reich. Some of the Jewish men who fought in
Hitler’s military had been drafted. Others were patriots whose
fathers, grandfathers, and uncles had served in the Imperial Army in
WWI, and dutifully enlisted. One survivor described himself as a
German first and a Jew second. Many of these Jews believed the
Nuremburg racial laws and the rising tide of anti-Semitism did not
apply to them. They were not Ostjuden, whom they perceived as
uneducated and superstitious. German Jews were cultured. They were
patriotic. Many could trace their roots in Germany back for
generations. One officer who served in the Waffen-SS was the
descendant of Jews who had fled the Inquisition and settled in
Germany four centuries earlier. Some German Jews even tried to halt
the influx of their co-religionists fleeing the persecution and
pogroms of Eastern Europe for fear that the presence of these
unassimilated Jews would undermine their own social standing. In
April 1940, the directive came down to purge the military of all
Jewish blood. Some commanding officers told their Jewish soldiers to
remain quiet and go on as they were. A few Jewish soldiers who were
forced to leave were thrown farewell parties and sent off by their
colleagues with the wistful comment that the departing soldier was a
lucky so-and-so to be getting out of it. A half-Jewish officer,
whose maternal grandparents had converted to Christianity for
economic and social reasons and baptized their daughter, learned
about his Jewish ancestry only at the age of 18 when his mother
confessed. He felt as if his entire world had been turned upside
down. Previously confident of himself and his heritage, he suddenly
felt like a member of an inferior species. Some of the disgruntled
applied for special dispensation. Hitler could make anyone an Aryan
by fiat. He did just that with the Mischlinges Field Marshal Erhard
Milch, General der Flieger Helmuth Wilberg, and others who had
proved their military value. One photograph of Wilberg shows him
resplendent in uniform with no fewer than 12 medals pinned to his
proud Aryan, formerly half-Jewish, chest. Nonetheless, despite
Wilberg’s altered religious status, he insisted that he fought not
for the Fuehrer, but for Fatherland and Volk. The distinction was a
common refrain among Hitler’s Jewish military men, and some Aryans

"1. Our Concern.
From the day of President Kennedy’s assassination on, there has been
speculation about the responsibility for his murder. Although this
was stemmed for a time by the Warren Commission report (which
appeared at the end of September 1964), various writers have now had
time to scan the Commission’s published report and documents for new
pretexts for questioning, and there has been a new wave of books and
articles criticizing the Commission’s findings. In most cases the
critics have speculated as to the existence of some kind of
conspiracy, and often they have implied that the Commission itself
was involved. Presumably as a result of the increasing challenge to
the Warren Commission’s report, a public opinion poll recently
indicated that 46% of the American public did not think that Oswald
acted alone, while more than half of those polled thought that the
Commission had left some questions unresolved. Doubtless polls
abroad would show similar, or possibly more adverse results.
2. This trend of opinion is a matter of concern to the U.S.
government, including our organization. The members of the Warren
Commission were naturally chosen for their integrity, experience and
prominence. They represented both major parties, and they and their
staff were deliberately drawn from all sections of the country. Just
because of the standing of the Commissioners, efforts to impugn
their rectitude and wisdom tend to cast doubt on the whole
leadership of American society. Moreover, there seems to be an
increasing tendency to hint that President Johnson himself, as the
one person who might be said to have benefited, was in some way
responsible for the assassination. Innuendo of such seriousness
affects not only the individual concerned, but also the whole
reputation of the American government. Our organization itself is
directly involved: among other facts, we contributed information to
the investigation. Conspiracy theories have frequently thrown
suspicion on our organization, for example by falsely alleging that
Lee Harvey Oswald worked for us. The aim of this dispatch is to
provide material countering and discrediting the claims of the
Conspiracy Theorists, so as to inhibit the circulation of such
claims in other countries. Background information is supplied in
a classified section and in a number of unclassified attachments.
3. Action. We do not recommend that discussion of the
assassination question be initiated where it is not already taking
place. Where discussion is active [business] addresses are
requested: a. To discuss the publicity problem with [?] and friendly
elite contacts (especially politicians and editors), pointing out
that the Warren Commission made as thorough an investigation as
humanly possible, that the charges of the critics are without
serious foundation, and that further speculative discussion only
plays into the hands of the opposition. Point out also that parts of
the conspiracy talk appear to be deliberately generated by Communist
propagandists. Urge them to use their influence to discourage
unfounded and irresponsible speculation. b. To employ propaganda
assets to [negate] and refute the attacks of the critics. Book
reviews and feature articles are particularly appropriate for this
purpose. The unclassified attachments to this guidance should
provide useful background material for passing to assets. Our
ploy should point out, as applicable, that the critics are (I)
wedded to theories adopted before the evidence was in, (II)
politically interested, (III) financially interested, (IV) hasty and
inaccurate in their research, or (V) infatuated with their own
theories. In the course of discussions of the whole phenomenon
of criticism, a useful strategy may be to single out Epstein’s
theory for attack, using the attached Fletcher article and Spectator
piece for background. (Although Mark Lane’s book is much less
convincing than Epstein’s and comes off badly where confronted by
knowledgeable critics, it is also much more difficult to answer as a
whole, as one becomes lost in a morass of unrelated details.)
4. In private to media discussions not directed at any particular
writer, or in attacking publications which may be yet forthcoming,
the following arguments should be useful: a. No significant new
evidence has emerged which the Commission did not consider. The
assassination is sometimes compared (e.g., by Joachim Joesten and
Bertrand Russell) with the Dreyfus case; however, unlike that case,
the attacks on the Warren Commission have produced no new evidence,
no new culprits have been convincingly identifi ed, and there is no
agreement among the critics.
(A better parallel, though an imperfect one, might be with the
Reichstag fi re of 1933, which some competent historians (Fritz
Tobias, A. J. P. Taylor, D. C. Watt) now believe was set by Vander
Lubbe on his own initiative, without acting for either Nazis or
Communists; the Nazis tried to pin the blame on the Communists, but
the latter have been more successful in convincing the world that
the Nazis were to blame.) b. Critics usually overvalue particular
items and ignore others. They tend to place more emphasis on the
recollections of individual witnesses (which are less reliable and
more divergent — and hence offer more hand-holds for criticism) and
less on ballistics, autopsy, and photographic evidence. A close
examination of the Commission’s records will usually show that the
conflicting eyewitness accounts are quoted out of context, or were
discarded by the Commission for good and sufficient reason. c.
Conspiracy on the large scale often suggested would be impossible to
conceal in the United States, esp. since informants could expect to
receive large royalties, etc. Note that Robert Kennedy, Attorney
General at the time, and John F. Kennedy’s brother, would be the
last man to overlook or conceal any conspiracy. And as one reviewer
pointed out, Congressman Gerald R. Ford would hardly have held his
tongue for the sake of the Democratic administration, and Senator
Russell would have had every political interest in exposing any
misdeeds on the part of Chief Justice Warren. A conspirator moreover
would hardly choose a location for a shooting where so much depended
on conditions beyond his control: the route, the speed of the cars,
the moving target, the risk that the assassin would be discovered. A
group of wealthy conspirators could have arranged much more secure
conditions. d. Critics have often been enticed by a form of
intellectual pride: they light on some theory and fall in love with
it; they also scoff at the Commission because it did not always
answer every question with a fl at decision one way or the other.
Actually, the make-up of the Commission and its staff was an
excellent safeguard against over-commitment to any one theory, or
against the illicit transformation of probabilities into
certainties. e. Oswald would not have been any sensible person’s
choice for a co-conspirator. He was a “loner”, mixed up, of
questionable reliability and an unknown quantity to any professional
intelligence service. f. As to charges that the Commission’s
report was a rush job, it emerged three months after the deadline
originally set. But to the degree that the Commission tried to speed
up its reporting, this was largely due to the pressure of
irresponsible speculation already appearing, in some cases coming
from the same critics who, refusing to admit their errors, are now
putting out new criticisms. g. Such vague accusations as that
“more than ten people have died mysteriously” can always be
explained in some natural way e.g.: the individuals concerned
have for the most part died of natural causes; the Commission staff
questioned 418 witnesses (the FBI interviewed far more people,
conduction 25,000 interviews and re interviews), and in such a large
group, a certain number of deaths are to be expected. (When Penn
Jones, one of the originators of the “ten mysterious deaths” line,
appeared on television, it emerged that two of the deaths on his
list were from heart attacks, one from cancer, one was from a
head-on collision on a bridge, and one occurred when a driver
drifted into a bridge abutment.)
5. Where possible, counter speculation by encouraging reference
to the Commission’s Report itself. Open-minded foreign readers
should still be impressed by the care, thoroughness, objectivity and
speed with which the Commission worked. Reviewers of other books
might be encouraged to add to their account the idea that, checking
back with the report itself, they found it far superior to the work

Eisenhower and I drove to Munich where we inspected a Baltic
Displaced Persons camp. The Baltic people are the best of the
Displaced Persons and the camp was extremely clean in all respects …
We were both, I think, very much pleased with the conditions here …
We drove for about 45 minutes to a Jewish camp … established in what
had been a German hospital. The buildings were therefore in a good
state of repair when the Jews arrived but were in a bad state of
repair when we arrived, because these Jewish Displaced Persons
(DP’s), or at least a majority of them, have no sense of human
relationships. They decline, where practicable, to use latrines,
preferring to relieve themselves on the floor … This happened to be
the feast of Yom Kippur, so they were all collected in a large
wooden building which they called a synogogue. It behooved General
Eisenhower to make a speech to them. We entered the synagogue which
was packed with the greatest stinking bunch of humanity I have ever
seen. When we got about half way up, the head rabbi, who was dressed
in a fur hat similar to that worn by Henry VIII of England and in a
surplice heavily embroidered and very filthy, came down and met the
General. Also a copy of the Talmud, written on a sheet and rolled
around a stick, was carried by one of the attending physicians.
First, a Jewish civilian made a very long speech which nobody seemed
inclined to translate. Then General Eisenhower mounted the platform
and I went up behind him, and he made a short and excellent speech,
which was translated paragraph by paragraph. However, the smell was
so terrible that I almost fainted and actually about 3 hours later
lost my lunch as the result of remembering it. From here we went to
the Headquarters of the XX Corps, where General Craig gave us an
excellent lunch which I, however, was unable to partake of owing to
my nausea. After lunch we visited a … model German workers’ village
… It was my purpose to turn this over into a Jewish concentration
camp. Here we met the most talkative Jewish female, an American who
was running the UNRRA part of the camp … After inspecting this and
making another speech, which I avoided, General Eisenhower directed
that sufficient Germans be evicted from houses contiguous to the
concentration camp so that the density per capita of DP’s and
Germans should be approximately the same. Also that the American
guards be removed from the camp except for a standby guard in case
of a riot, and that guards composed of unarmed inmates take over the
police of the camp proper … After this we returned home and went for
a fishing trip on the lake which, while not successful, at least
removed from our minds the nauseous odours and aspects of the camps
we had inspected. We then took as long and as hot a bath as we could
stand to remove from our persons the germs which must have
accumulated during the day. I believe this was the first time
General Eisenhower had inspected or seen much of Displaced Persons.
Of course, I have seen them since the beginning and marvelled that
beings alleged to be made in the form of God can look the way they
do or act the way they act.

should have been a great race. I really do not see how they can

this is a personal opinion which probably nobody else shares.

Lieut. General Bishop Gowlina of the Polish Army came to see me and
stayed to lunch. He is a very bright man, speaks perfect English,
and hates the Russians with reason. He told me some of their
methods… According to the Bishop, more than two million Poles have
been taken to Russia for slave labor. In every case … they split
families… Under our rules, which demand the total de Nazification of
Germany, we have to remove everyone who has ever expressed himself
in any way as a Nazi or who has paid party dues. It is very evident
that anybody who was in business, irrespective of his real
sentiments, had to say he was a Nazi and pay dues. The only young
people who were not Nazis came out of the internment camps and are
therefore either Jews or Communists. We are certainly in a hard
position as far as procuring civil servants is concerned. These were
the themes that would occupy his thoughts, poison his mind, and
increasingly embitter his outlook during the remaining few months of
his life: the managers like Eisenhower and Bedell Smith had been and
still were the prominent and powerful persons, and they no longer
needed the fighters like Patton; the Russians were unscrupulous
beasts who would dominate Europe because they knew what they wanted
and because the United States, the only nation strong enough to
oppose them, was uninterested, even unaware of their purpose and
methods; and denazification was wrong. Eventually he would come to
abhor the American immediate postwar policies, which he believed
were the result of a conspiracy of international bankers and labor
leaders and Jews and Communists, all of whom were working for the
downfall of the United States.

considerable background. Naturally I intend to carry out the
instructions to the limit of my capacity in spite of my personal
feelings against them and in spite of my fear that in doing such
things we will lay ourselves open to just criticism. We are also
turning over to the French several hundred thousand prisoners of war
to be used as slave labor in France. It is amusing to recall that we
fought the Revolution in defense of the rights of man and the Civil
War to abolish slavery and have now gone back on both principles.

not wrong in predicting that if the Soviets continue along present
lines they may possibly cause disaster to the whole Western
World-but in the process they will certainly destroy the Politburo,
the Communist Party in Russia, and bring misery to the people of

in the late 1940's, I became fascinated with the revelations of
Communist penetration of American society, including Soviet

chief confidant of President Franklin Roosevelt was a man named
Harry Hopkins. And they will be understandably astonished to learn
that in a message dated 29 May 1943, Iskhak Akhmerov, the chief
Soviet “illegal” agent in the United States at the time, referred to
an Agent 19 who had reported on discussions between Roosevelt and
Winston Churchill in Washington at which the agent had been present.
Only Harry Hopkins meets the requirements for this agent's identity.
Small wonder that Akhmerov, in a lecture in Moscow in the early
1960s, identified Hopkins by name as “the most important of all
Soviet wartime agents in the United States.” It took 50 years to
bludgeon Alger Hiss' defenders into admitting that this suave
bureaucrat, who rose to be chief of the State Department's Office of
Special Political Affairs, had actually been a Soviet agent all
along. And it will probably take another 50 to force Franklin
Roosevelt's admirers to concede that their hero's closest confidant

transform matter into spirit.
On the other hand, in all areas of the economy and industry secular
science instructed and taught the opposite “winding”.
Therefore, in lieu of the evolution-fostering (ennobling) spirit,
it raised and reinforced the demon in the form of
development-impeding electricism, as if by conveyor belt, to such an
extent that the magnetism-generating Earth, which moves in
cycloid-spiral-space-curves, is now incapable of neutralising the
decomposive energies and their effects produced by millions upon
millions of human beings. It was therefore inevitable that we should be assailed by the
catastrophes of Nature that we are presently experiencing. They are
exactly the opposite of those experienced by the Atlanteans, who
realised the danger of over-stimulating formative and levitative
energies, only when whole sections of the Earth were wrenched
skywards by these elemental (metaphysical) suctional forces. All today's machines, all methods of conveyance and the
production of light and heat enable the lower-grade heat-, light-
and temperature-producing pressured components to prevail and
predominate. Since no heat or kinetic equivalence exist, but only
the reactive intensification of development-fostering or
development-impeding energies, an economic, social, moral and
cultural decline had to take place as the scope of pressure-inducing
machines and other such devices increased and intensified. Accordingly we have to learn the lesson from both extremes and
balance out both forms of motion and acceleration in such a way that
in accordance with the well-known equation F=ma, the desired force F
in the form of a predominantly magnetic ion constantly possesses
enough levitational superiority to ensure that natural increase and
qualitative improvement can keep pace with the unavoidable increase
in the population.
That is to say, the standard of living must be regulated through the
use of higher-grade (quality-increasing) retro-influent dynagens,
which come into being when bipolar threshold masses are
centripetated in accordance with the equation E=mc2. In other words,
when they are accelerated by radially->axially in-winding forces to
a speed exceeding that of sound under the simultaneous effect of a
falling temperature gradient, i.e. accelerated along the

The Set Up of the
Nuremberg Trials
Hanna Reitsch
Hanna Reitsch was a
German aviator and test pilot, she flight-tested many of Germany's
new aircraft during World War II, and received many honours. Reitsch
was among the very last people to meet Adolf Hitler before his death
in the Führerbunker in late April 1945. During the 1930's, Reitsch
set more than 40 flight altitude records and women's endurance
records in gliding and unpowered flight.

car-makers. Even our great army has gone soft. Soldiers wear beards
and question orders. I am not ashamed to say I believed in National
Socialism. I still wear the Iron Cross with diamonds Hitler gave me.
But today in all of Germany you can't find a single person who voted
Adolf Hitler into power. Many Germans feel guilty about the war. But

"Hanna Reitsch:
Airline captain, test pilot, Glider World Record holder, author of 4
books. Recipient of the Iron Cross First Class (EK1). PERSECUTION:
Hanna Reitsch was imprisoned after the Second World War. Attempts
were made to coerce her, through enticing offers and threats, into
testifying against Germany and going to the USA with Wernher von
Braun, making her flying skills available to the American Air Force.
When she refused, attempts to destroy her flying career were
unsuccessful. She was defamed in books and newspaper articles.
For decades, she felt compelled to pursue costly legal battles to
defend her honor. After Germany's fall. Allegations of gas
chamber murder persuaded her to continue living. She was a guest of
politicians worldwide, always as an advocate for German honour.
Didn't anyone have the courage back then to ask what was happening
to the Jews? Many young people asked their parents and grandparents
this question after the war. One of them had the courage: Hanna
Reitsch. She simply went to see the Reichsführer SS. And she asked
Himmler what was going on with the accusations from abroad. Here,
however, the reader must bear in mind that the gassing accusation
was never officially and seriously raised by the Allies during the
war. The only serious and official accusation leveled against
Germany during the war was that it had murdered ten thousand Polish
officers in Katyn. An accusation that was only recently revisited in
the context of Gorbachev's "glasnost" was withdrawn. The gassing
allegation was only unanimously accepted after the war ended (by the
British only months later). During the war, the gassing accusation
therefore only appeared sporadically in small newspapers and obscure
pamphlets.
Hanna Reitsch with Himmler
Hanna Reitsch recounts the gassing allegation in her memoirs: "In
October, my old flying comrade Peter Riedel, who belonged to the
German embassy in Sweden, appeared at my house, the 'House of
Aviators' in Berlin. He threw a pamphlet at me, excitedly shouting:
'Do you know what's going on in Germany? This is being laid on the
table for us out there.' I leafed through the pamphlet. It dealt
with the gas chambers. Now I was beside myself: 'You believe that?'
I said indignantly. 'During the First World War, enemy propaganda
falsely attributed every conceivable atrocity to the German
soldiers." "Now it must be gas chambers." My excitement greatly
impressed Peter Riedel. "I'll believe you," he said, but asked me to
inform Himmler immediately. I called Heinrich Himmler and received permission
to come to his field headquarters. I took the brochure with me. I
presented it to Himmler. "What do you say to this, Reichsführer?"
Himmler took the brochure and leafed through it, he looked up and
calmly regarded me: "And you believe this, Mrs. Hanna? This is
the noose (referring to the gassing accusation) with which they
intend to hang us in the event of defeat." - Heinrich Himmler. Subsequently, Himmler had
this accusation refuted in large inserts in various major newspapers
in neutral countries. Resignation from suicide After Hanna Reitsch
had asked Ritter von Greim, the last commander-in-chief of the
German Luftwaffe, for a final A visit to Hitler's threatened
Führerbunker in the final hours of the Reich under heavy flak fire
from the burning capital, he had flown out and decided to end his
life. Hanna Reitsch chose to follow her highly revered Ritter von
Greim into death. She carried the poison capsule with her when she
was arrested by the Americans. When the Allied officers However,

it was a malicious allegation and she decided to continue living to

"They showed me terrible photos as evidence of our government's
alleged crimes. They claimed that this was how people in our
concentration camps were dismembered. I couldn't believe it and
indignantly replied that these were surely corpses collected after
enemy bombing raids; in gruesome heaps, arms, heads, and legs lay
torn to pieces, separated from the bodies. They insisted on their
opinion and said they had even come from Dachau and had seen gas
chambers there where we had gassed thousands of Jews. I was appalled
and told them about my encounter with Himmler, to whom I had
indignantly presented an enemy pamphlet about alleged gas chambers
in 1944. 'Himmler must have been mistaken,' was their reply, 'if he
had denied it.' My Outrage grew. "Grandiose" numbers of Jews had
been gassed by Nazi Germany. I was speechless with horror, but
didn't believe a word of it. One thing, however, I knew with
absolute certainty: that the German people could have known no more
about it than I did. In the future, it would become clear what had
really happened in such horrific ways. A hammering sound hammered
inside me: I had to stand before millions of decent Germans, I had
to try to help uncover the truth, whatever it might reveal. And at
such a moment, I was to take my own life to keep my word? In my
mind, I silently called out the names of my dead, and above all,
that of Field Marshal von Greim, and begged for advice and help. The
tears now ran hot and unstoppable down my cheeks. We didn't speak
another word. My decision, however, to continue living for the sake
of this goal, was firm. Nothing can more clearly demonstrate the
manipulation of the current media than the largely factual article
that Helmut Zwickl wrote in the Austrian daily newspaper "Kurier" on
the occasion of Hanna Reitsch's death on September 2, 1979, in which
he alleges that she only didn't believe the gassing allegation at
the time, but now does believe it. But let us consider this skillful
distortion of the truth by Helmut Zwickl before we establish the
truth about Hanna Reitsch. Zwickl wrote: "In 1937, she was appointed
the first woman in the world to be a flight captain. She flew a
helicopter at the time. In 1943, she was in the ME 163 rocket plane.
She was the only woman to receive the Iron Cross First Class.
Reitsch was a phenomenon during her lifetime."
Already a legend.
Not a manly woman, but a small, seemingly fragile woman with the
ambition of a Niki Lauda. An evening with Hanna Reitsch was not an
ordinary get-together, it was a lecture, a reading from her books.
You never knew where the history lesson ended and her life
confession began. She made Hitler speak and Göring appear. She
jumped from Udet to Kennedy, from Pandit Nehm to Wernher von Braun,
from Neil Armstrong to Willy Messerschnitt. She managed to conjure
Goebbels up like a ghost. When she once described her crash in the "Kraftei,"
the Me 163 rocket fighter ("With a quadruple skull fracture, they
pulled me from the wreckage, and where my nose should be, there was
a gaping hole."), one of the listeners felt sick. At this moment of
stark realism, it became clear why Hanna Reitsch held her own
throughout her entire flying career. She grew up with seven boys in
Hirschberg (Silesia) and wore lederhosen until she was six years
old. Actually, she was shy and distrustful. She displayed an
animosity towards newspapers, journalists, and the mass media that
was innate in her during the post-war period, when she was labeled
"Nazi Hanna" and grouped among Hitler's female sympathizers. "For
half my life, I fought for the truth, had to defend myself against
the vilest slander."
But she herself hesitated for a long time before contributing to an
accurate history. The "last days at the Führer's headquarters", were
actually witnessed by Hanna Reitsch. On 24 April 1945, Hitler
summoned Colonel General Ritter von Greim to the Reich Chancellery.
When Greim, with whom Reitsch had a personal relationship, climbed
into the Focke-Wulf 190, a plane normally used as a single-seat
aircraft, in Rechlin, Hanna Reitsch lay curled up like a worm, head
first, in a stench of oil and gasoline, in pitch darkness, on sharp
metal spikes. She wanted to be by his side when the most difficult
part began: getting from Gatow to Berlin. After "the most horrible
flight of my life," they landed in Gatow under Russian artillery
fire. When Colonel General Greim, flying a Fieseler Storch at
treetop level, reached the Grunewald forest under "hellish fire," he
was hit in the foot by an anti-tank shell. Hanna Reitsch then took
over the controls in the back seat. She wrote in her book "Highs and
Lows": "The closer we got to the city the denser and more pervasive
the smoke, fumes, dust, and sulfurous odor became, but the firing
gradually ceased completely. Only through my systematic preparation,
which I had devised for this emergency, by charting a course from
all the prominent landmarks around the city to the flak bunker at
the zoo, did I survive." Having calculated it, flown after it in all
weather conditions, and known it by heart, I succeeded in finding
the target. Then the encounter with Hitler: "His figure was somewhat
stooped forward, his arms trembled incessantly, and his eyes no
longer seemed to rest in this world." In an incredibly quiet voice,
he greeted us, visibly moved to see Greim wounded. In the Luftwaffe
emergency hospital in Kitzbühel, Greim and Reitsch were arrested by
the Americans after the surrender on 8 May 1945. A week later, Greim
committed suicide. Hanna Reitsch explains why she did not follow
Greim, whom she says was the only great love of her life, into
death: "On a trip to Salzburg, she was confronted by American
interrogating officers with the fact of the gassing of Jews." "I
didn't believe a word of it at the time, but inside, it hammered: I
had to stand before millions of decent Germans, I had to try to
uncover the truth, to help, whatever it might reveal." Her
conclusion at the time: "And at such a moment, should I take my own
life to keep my word (to Greim)?" Undoubtedly, she never cared much
about politics, for she retained the naiveté of that time throughout
her life. She flew over all continents, in all skies, with anything
that had wings. She set gliding records, trained pilots in India and
Africa, and was showered with honors like almost no other aviator
before her. Even the Society of Experimental Test-Pilots admitted
the German-born pilot into its ranks. Reitsch attributed the secret
of her mental and physical fitness to her ascetic lifestyle and her
daily yoga practice. Her last wish was to be buried where her
parents also found their final resting place: in Salzburg. In truth,
Hanna Reitsch never believed in the gassing of Jews. An extensive
correspondence that came to my attention proves this. Here, I will
print only a letter to the German-conscious Carinthian poet Haberl,
in which my friend Ing. Friedl Rainer (the son of the impeccable
Carinthian Gauleiter) is mentioned, whose tireless fight for
historical truth Hanna Reitsch so admired. Should the revision one
day prevail, then the many outstanding scholars with their
meticulous work will play a decisive role. This small, brave woman
with the kind heart, who once defied the threats and temptations of
the interrogating officers in American prisons, will go down in

Benjamin Ferencz,
Chief Prosecutor, Einsatzgruppen Trial, Nuremberg Trial No. 9
“One day in
early 1946, while strolling along Fifth Avenue in New York City,
Ferencz had a chance encounter with an old Harvard Law School
friend, Murray Gartner, who, on graduation, had obtained an
appointment as a law clerk to Justice Robert M. Jackson of the U.S.
Supreme Court. Jackson had taken leave to serve as chief U.S.
prosecutor at Nuremberg for the upcoming International Military
Tribunal (IMT) set up to try Nazi perpetrators of atrocities during
the war for war crimes and crimes against humanity. In the
conversation with Gartner, Ferencz described his army experiences
working on war crimes, and thought no more of the subject. About
this same time, Colonel Telford Taylor was acting as chief
prosecutor for Justice Jackson in the High Command case of the IMT.
Due to his excellent performance in that role, Jackson asked Taylor
to take over the role of chief of counsel for the upcoming
Subsequent Tribunals since Jackson had decided to return to the
United States and his Supreme Court role, which he did in July 1946.
Jackson later returned to Nuremberg in late September to hear the
final IMT judgments on 1 October 1946. Therefore, it came as a
surprise when, shortly after meeting his friend Gartner, Ferencz
received a telegram from the Pentagon which began, “Dear Sir.”
Ferencz says that no one in the army had ever called him “sir”
before. He was invited to come to Washington, at government expense,
to be interviewed for possible employment. Ferencz had no idea
that Col. Telford Taylor, one of Jackson’s chief assistants, was
about to be promoted to brigadier general and begin a dozen
proceedings in Nuremberg designed to expose the entire panorama of
Nazi criminality. By March 1946, with the IMT trial well under
way, Taylor was in Washington hiring staff to help with his
unprecedented new responsibilities. He called on Lt. Colonel David
Marcus to help with the recruitment. When Ferencz arrived at the War
Department, he was greeted by Lt. Colonel Marcus, who said,
cheerfully, “Call me Mickey.” “Benny,” Marcus said earnestly, “we
want you to go back to Germany. We’ll make you a colonel.” Ferencz
thought he was kidding and replied that the only way he would go
back under military command would be if the U.S. declared war on
Germany again and was losing. Marcus made a counter-offer. He
offered Ferencz a “simulated rank” equivalent to a full colonel with
all of its privileges, yet Ferencz could remain a civilian employee
who could quit at any time. “Benny,” he said, “you’ve been there,
you’ve seen it—you’ve got to go back.” Marcus suggested that Ferencz
have a word with Col. Telford Taylor, for whom he would be working.
He was a good salesman; Ferencz became sufficiently intrigued to
investigate further. It was not immediately clear to Ferencz where
his new official assignment for the War Department would take him.
The International Military Tribunal trial in Nuremberg against
Göring and leading Nazi defendants had started with Robert Jackson’s
opening statement on 20 November 1945. At that time, Ferencz was
getting ready for his way back to the States. Ferencz knew very
little about the IMT trial, but he knew a great deal about the U.S.
Army War Crimes Commission. Ferencz first checked on Taylor’s
background. He learned that Taylor was a Harvard Law graduate with a
distinguished career in public service. It was no surprise to
Ferencz that Taylor had also checked on Ferencz’s credentials. He
referred to a letter of recommendation from Harvard professor
Sheldon Glueck, for whom Ferencz had served as research assistant,
and who was regularly consulted by the War Department as an expert
on war crimes. Taylor had also uncovered some of Ferencz’s
military records that, understandably, caused him some concern. He
noted that Ferencz’s army file indicated that Ferencz was
occasionally insubordinate. “That is not correct, sir,” Ferencz
said. “I am not occasionally insubordinate. I am usually

Ferencz had collected evidence in the concentration camps. Ernst
Kaltenbrunner is also in the dock. The former head of the SS Reich
security main office is the highest SS functionary still alive.

Ernst Kaltenbrunner is sentenced to death, and the SS is officially
disbanded and banned. The problem from the point of view of German
society is that there was the catch word “Victor's Justice.” Many
Germans had distanced themselves, and didn't really want to accept
what was now being put on trial and disclosed. Instead, they
protected themselves from this knowledge, which threatened their own
identity by saying: "This is Victor's Justice." And as is often the
case in war, the victors are always right in the end, and it doesn't
have to be the whole truth. In Nuremberg, more than a dozen SS men
are sentenced in further trials, but the vast majority remain
unmolested. SS veterans form an organization called HIAG. It is
about financial help, legal assistance, and public rehabilitation.
Loyalty actually takes pride of place above everything else. And in
the SS it was especially important. Gudrun Burwitz, Himmler's
daughter never renounces Nazi ideology. Even as a child, Gudrun
Himmler is proud to be the daughter of a famous man. The Nazi
princess also accompanies her father on his work, for example, when
he visits a prison collection center. In July 1941, she travels with
Papy, as she affectionately calls him, to Dachau concentration camp.
She records this in her diary: “Today, we visited the concentration
camp in Dachau. We looked at as much as we could. We saw the
gardeners. We saw the Pear Trees. We saw all the pictures that
prisoners painted. Wonderful. Afterwards, we had a very good lunch.”

“For those who don't know, the Nuremberg trials was an
international tribunal set up by the Allies. It wasn't a real trial
but rather a stage of high politics and a way for the victors to
spit on the losers. Let me explain why: First of all, the trials
violated so many legal principles lying at the foundation of the
rule of law, that no semblance of a fair trial existed. For Example:
The prohibition of ex post facto laws. One key legal principle is
that laws don't have a retroactive effect: you can't be punished for
a law that didn't exist at the time of the act. The sad and
unfortunate truth is that the Nazis did not violate any laws. Not
the laws of their own country obviously, but neither any
international laws. Human rights and war crimes, as we know them
today were invented after WW2, making them inapplicable to the
actions of the Nazis. I'll go into more detail if requested. The
presumption of innocence. Make no mistake that every person in that
court room bar the defendants had the intent on punishing the Nazis
with devastating blows. The defendants had inadequate time to
prepare and rules on evidence were ignored. Moreover, the defendants
were unable to appeal. It was set up in the way so that the Nazis
had been given no proper chance to defend themselves. Judicial
Impartiality: A judge and jury should be completely impartial as to
prevent any biases and prejudices. Seeing as the judges were all
Allied, impartiality was non-existent. And last: there was no solid
legal basis for the existence of the tribunal itself. It was founded
on both the London Charter, and the Instrument of the Surrender of
Germany. Two treaties that Germany was no part of. In international
law, a treaty a country has not signed and ratified is not legally
binding for that country. The reason why Germany complied was
because it was in control of the Allies. It was force that made them
comply rather than legality. “Who cares if it wasn't entirely legal?
At least justice was finally served!” That's only partially true.
The truth is that during WW2 all countries were committing
atrocities, yet the Allies were never punished. That is called
“Victor's Justice.” If the world truly cared about real justice,
then the persons in charge of dropping the bombs on Japan should
also have been tried. Or how about the perpetrators of Maquis, the
Laconia incident or the various massacres the United States had
committed during the WW2. That never happened and that's why it's a
game of politics rather than legal justice. Not to mention that a
lot of Japanese officials made deals with the USA in exchange for
immunity. Justice? Not for them. Let's all stop pretending this was
a valid criminal trial, and admit what it really is: A Political
Game of Punishing the losers, Masquerating as a Pseudo-Legal

GENERAL ERNST KALTENBRUNNER (Defendant): General Ernst Kaltenbrunner.
THE PRESIDENT: Repeat this oath after me: "I swear by God- the

THE PRESIDENT: You may sit down.
DR. KAUFFMANN: During the last 2 years of the war, since 1943, you
have been the Chief of the Security Police and Security Service and
the Chief of the Reich Security Main Office, the RSHA. You are
aware, of course, that you are under extremely serious charges. The
Prosecution charge you with having committed Crimes against Peace,
and with having intellectually aided and abetted or participated in
the crimes against the law of war and against humanity, and finally,
the Prosecution connect your name with the Gestapo terror and the
atrocities of the concentration camps. I now ask you, do you assume
responsibility for the Counts charged as outlined and which are
known to you?
GENERAL KALTENBRUNNER: In the first place, I should dike to state to
the Tribunal that I am fully aware of the serious character of the
charges against me. I know the hatred of the world is directed
against me; that I particularly since Himmler, Muller, and Pohl are
no longer alive must here, alone, give an account to the world and
the Tribunal. I realize that I shall have to tell the truth in this
courtroom, in order to enable the Court and the world to fully
recognize and understand what has been going on in Germany during
this war and to judge it with fairness.I am coming to that
immediately. But, I must now describe that first conference with Himmler; the second one took place 2 weeks later. On that occasion I
was given the order; I am referring to the first order. But I should
like to state right now-and this is drawn like a red thread through
my entire career to the last days of the war-that even then I
explained to Himmler on which essential points I differed with
National Socialism as to the home policy of the Reich, the foreign
policy, the ideology, and the violations of law by the Government
themselves. I declared to him, specifically, that the administration
in the Reich was too centralized; that Austria was violently
criticizing that centralized system, particularly since a federative
status had been granted to other countries, such as Bavaria. I told
him that the creation of a new German criminal law, the way it was
attempted, was wrong, and that German criminal law was casuistic.
The Austrian criminal law, based on a tradition of more than one
hundred years, had proved to be the best and had also been
recognized abroad. I explained to him that the concepts of
protective custody and of concentration camps were not approved of
in Austria, but that every man in Austria wanted to be tried before
a court of law. I explained to him that anti-Semitism in Austria had
developed an a Completely different way and also required a
different handling. No one in Austria, I said, had ever thought
of going beyond the limits of anti-Semitism as laid down in the
Party program. I also said that there was hardly any understanding
in Austria for the fact that the Nuremberg Laws went beyond the
Party program in this respect. In Austria, since 1934, there had
been a peaceful, regulated policy to allow the Jews to emigrate. Any
personal or physical persecution of Jews was completely unnecessary.
I am referring to a document, which is somewhere in the court
record. It is a report from the Chief of Police in Vienna, dated,
December 1939, which proves in accordance with statistics that
between 1934 and 1939, of a total of 200,000 Jews more than half had
emigrated to foreign countries.
DR. KAUFFMANN: If you had knowledge at that time of the
Einsatzgruppen and their significance, then the question arises what
your attitude about them was and, in case you condemned them, what
you did to have them abolished? Did you have a possibility to do so
or did you not?
GENERAL KALTENBRUNNER: I said before that an Einsatzkommando was
never set up under my direction or my orders. The existence and the
previous activities of such Einsatzkommandos became known to me late
in the fall of 1943 and I knew that I would have to resist this
misuse of the men who were under the Reich Security Main Office. I
think on 13 September 1943, I saw Hitler on the occasion of a visit
of Mussolini who had just been liberated. However, my attempt to
tank to him failed, because of this State visit. Consequently, in
November, after Himmler had put it off repeatedly, I had to go again
to headquarters to report officially on my activities up to that
time. And on that occasion I talked to the Fuehrer about the facts
on the Einsatzkommandos which had become known to me; and not only
about that, but also I had the first opportunity to approach him
about the entire Jewish problem, and about the orders given, by him
and by Himmler against the Jews which had also become known to me at
that time. However, I would like to make a detailed statement on
this subject, if you will go through that problem in detail with me.
DR. KAUFFMANN: Now, Question 3a: There it says, "Was Dr.
Kaltenbrunner acquainted with conditions in the concentration
camps?" Here also it is not explained just what is meant by
"conditions" in concentration camps, but it is most likely to be
interpreted that those conditions which have been attested by
witnesses are meant. The witness said, "Yes."
GENERAL KALTENBRUNNER: Dr. Kauffmann, you are overlooking a very
important sentence, the last one, on Question Number 3. Here the
Prosecution ask: "Did the WVHA have supervision of all concentration
camps for administration, the utilization of labor, and maintenance
of discipline?" This sentence is tremendously important for the
following reasons: The Prosecution endeavor to shift the entire
guilt for the destruction of human life from the WVHA to the RSHA,
and, if the High Tribunal want to find the truth...
GENERAL KALTENBRUNNER: I did not know this order nor did I know
about it during my term of office.
THE PRESIDENT: Dr. Kauffmann, it is perfectly obvious, isn't it,
that the document to which you are referring has nothing to do with
this question at all, because this document of March concerns
measures to be taken against captured, escaped prisoners of war who
are officers or non-commissioned officers, except British and
American prisoners of war. That is the document.
DR. KAUFFMANN: It is the question of the persecution of Jews in
Denmark. Will you make a statement to that?
GENERAL KALTENBRUNNER: I never had anything to do with the
removal of Jews from Denmark. Such an order could have been
given only by Himmler; and that this was a direct order given by
Himmler was confirmed by Mildner. I never had an order like that go
through my hands and I never received an order like that from
Himmler. It is also absolutely impossible, because Denmark had her
own Higher SS and Police Leader who was the direct representative of
Himmler right there, and who was immediately subordinate to him and
not to RSHA. This Higher SS and Police Leader was at the same time
Commander of the Sipo. Organizationally I could not give such an
order to Denmark.
DR. KAUFFMANN: In Question Number 6 it is asked: "Is it not a fact
that the action of Sonderkommando Eichmann was not a success; that
Muller ordered you"-that is Mildner-"to make a report... directly to
the Chief of the Sipo and SD, Kaltenbrunner?"
The witness Mildner answered that in the affirmative. Is such a
report from Denmark known to you?
GENERAL KALTENBRUNNER: I not only do not know this report, but I
know with certainty-I spoke to Himmler not once but a dozen times
about this-that he received every report from Eichmann directly, in
many cases without informing Muller.
DR. KAUFFMANN: Then let us turn to Hottl's affidavit. As far as I
can see there are no important changes from the affidavit given me.
Do the High Tribunal wish for me to put questions on that matter?
Then let us turn to question Number fib). It states:
"It is known to me that orders for commitments into concentration
camps and discharges therefrom came from the RSHA. I did not know
that all such orders originated with the RSHA. I have no knowledge
of orders for executions by the RSHA." What can you say to that?
GENERAL KALTENBRUNNER: Orders for execution could only have come
through RSHA when Himmler had ordered Muller to forward these
orders. But I believe that took place only in a few isolated cases
and mostly after Muller had informed Himmler that a court had passed
judgment.
DR. KAUFFMANN: Mr. President, the defendant asked me several minutes
ago to make a statement with reference to Document 1063-PS which we
have discussed. He had contested his signature; I believe that he
wishes to say now that it is his signature. It is the document of
the RSHA of 26 July 1943. Do you want the document?
THE PRESIDENT: Dr. Kauffmann, is it 1063-PS? Have you the original
there?
DR. KAUFFMANN: [Turning to the defendant.] Are you ready?
GENERAL KALTENBRUNNER: Yes. There is a mistake on your part, Dr.
Kauffmann. I have not contested my signature, but have stated that I
must assume that I received knowledge of this order only after it
had been published and that the original order presumably did not
carry my signature. That is what I said. But I do remember now,
through the clause, "certified Employee," that it was apparently an
order of which the original was signed by me at the time.
Furthermore I remember from the first few words of the decree, "The
Reichsfuehrer SS has approved..." et cetera, that this order was
based on a personal report which I must have made to Himmler, and
that with this report-I call your attention to the date, 26 July
1943-I apparently made the first attempt with Himmler to mitigate or
alleviate the conditions; namely, that in such cases for which
people hitherto were committed to concentration camps they should in
minor cases no longer be put in concentration camps but in labor
education camps and that there was to be a differentiation between
concentration camps and labor education camps. Therefore, in my
opinion it was the result of my first attempt with him against the
system of concentration camps. And third, I would like to point out
that this decree carries the number IIc and thereby is not a decree
which came from the Police executive offices such as State Police or
Kripo but from the administrative level.
DR. KAUFFMANN: That is a sufficient explanation.
The Prosecution hold you responsible for the commitment of
politically and racially undesirable persons into concentration
camps., How many concentration camps became known to you after your
appointment as Chief of the RSHA?
GENERAL KALTENBRUNNER: At the time of my appointment I knew three
concentration camps. At the end of my official activity there were
12 in the entire Reich.
DR. KAUFFMANN: How many were there in all?
GENERAL KALTENBRUNNER: There was a thirteenth. That was the SS
prison camp near Danzig. There were altogether thirteen
concentration camps in the Reich.
DR. KAUFFMANN: How can you explain the chart which you saw here with
the many red dots which were alleged to be concentration camps?
GENERAL KALTENBRUNNER: That presentation is definitely
misleading. I saw this chart hanging here. All the armaments centers,
factories, etcetera, in which internees from concentration camps
were used for labor must have been characterized as concentration
camps. I cannot explain in any other way the deluge of red dots.
The difference is very obvious for the following reasons: Any worker
who worked in armament industries -that is; each internee-worked in
the same enterprise, in the same factory, as every other German or
foreign worker. The difference was merely that the German worker at
the conclusion of his working hours, at the end of the day, returned
to his family, whereas the internee of the labor camp had to return
to the camp.
DR. KAUFFMANN: You are accused of establishing the Concentration
Camp Mauthausen, that you visited this camp repeatedly. The witness
Hollriegel, who testified here, said he had seen you in this camp.
He also claims to have seen you inspecting the gas chambers while
they were in operation. There is an affidavit of Zutter, who has
already been mentioned today and who claims to have seen you at the
Concentration Camp Mauthausen. From this the Prosecution conclude
that you, too, must have known exactly about these conditions which
were beneath human dignity. I am asking you now, is this evidence
correct or wrong? When did you inspect these camps, and what
observations did you make?
GENERAL KALTENBRUNNER: The testimony is wrong. I did not establish
any concentration camps in Austria where I was until 1943. I did not
establish a single concentration camp in the Reich from 1943
onwards. Every concentration camp in the Reich as I know today, and
as has been proved here with certainty, was established on orders of
Himmler to Pohl. This applies also-and I wish to emphasize this-to
the Mauthausen Camp. Not only were Austrian authorities excluded
from establishing the Mauthausen Camp, but they were unpleasantly
surprised because neither was the conception of a concentration camp
in that sense known in Austria, nor was there a necessity for
establishing concentration camps anywhere in Austria.
DR. KAUFFMANN: I am asking regarding your knowledge of conditions
there.
GENERAL KALTENBRUNNER: I heard gradually more and more about
conditions in concentration camps. It is apparent that I must have
heard of these things already by way of the entire Reich
intelligence service and its news channels for home politics.
DR. KAUFFMANN: Did you not, as testified by Hollriegel, see the
gas chambers in operation?
GENERAL KALTENBRUNNER: Never; neither while they were operating nor
at any other time did I see a gas chamber.
THE PRESIDENT: You are going too fast. Make pauses between your
questions and answers and don't speak too fast. He said that he had
gradually by way of Intelligence, heard of the concentration camps
in the Reich. Is that right?
DR. KAUFFMANN: Yes.
[Turning to the defendant.] You heard gradually about conditions in
the concentration camps, that is what you said, is it not?
GENERAL KALTENBRUNNER: Yes.
DR. KAUFFMANN: Whether you saw the gas chambers in operation?
GENERAL KALTENBRUNNER: Yes, I already answered that I never saw a
gas chamber, either in operation or at any other time. I did not
know that they existed at Mauthausen and testimony to that effect is
entirely wrong. I never set foot in the detention camp at Mauthausen-that
is, the concentration camp proper. I was at Mauthausen, but in the
labor camp, not in the detention camp. The total complex of
Mauthausen, as I remember it today, extends over an area of ~
kilometers. Within this area there is a space of perhaps 41/2 or 5
kilometers of labor camps. There are the largest granite quarries in
Austria, and they were owned by the city of Vienna.
DR. KAUFFMANN: A picture has been shown in which you appear together
with Himmler and Ziereis.
GENERAL KALTENBRUNNER: I was just coming to that. The quarries
belonged to the city of Vienna. The city of Vienna had a vital
interest not to be excluded from the deliveries of granite which
they used for paving the streets of Vienna. Now, according to a
Reich law, as I learned later, this large quarry was expropriated
from the city of Vienna by the WVHA-Pohl-and the city of Vienna was
excluded from the supply of granite for quite some time. Now, the
city turned to me to approach Himmler on this. It happened that
Himmler was visiting and inspecting southern Germany and decided to
visit Austria and Mauthausen and asked me to see him there. In that
way, it came about that I was with Himmler at this quarry. Whether
or not I was photographed at that time, I do not know. I have not
seen the picture and I cannot say whether I am in it. I might add
something. Neither at this time nor at any other time did Himmler
ever take me into a concentration camp or suggest that he do so; as
I learned later, he had certain reasons for not doing so. I would
not have attended such an inspection for I knew very well that as
far as I was concerned, he would, as he did with others whom he had
invited on such visits, show me "Potemkin villages" and not
conditions as they actually were; and, except for a handful of men
in the WVHA, no one else was allowed to see how things really were
in concentration camps.
DR. KAUFFMANN: As far as Camp Mauthausen is concerned, there is a
document on which we would like to have your views. The Document
Number 1650-PS, which has already been submitted, dated 4 March
1944, is the so-called Bullet Decree. It deals with Camp III:
"Measures against recaptured prisoners of war, officers and
non-working, noncommissioned officers, with the exception of British
and American prisoners of war."
This document is known to the Tribunal in its contents. I do not
believe that I need read it. The Defendant Kaltenbrunner is to make
a statement, whether these facts became known to him.
DR. KAUFFMANN: Have you the Document 1650-PS, and have you read
it?
GENERAL KALTENBRUNNER: Yes, I have read it.
DR. KAUFFMANN: This, as emphasized, is the famous Bullet Decree.
When did you hear of this?
GENERAL KALTENBRUNNER: I did not know the actual decree; this must
have been a decree issued long before I came into office. Neither
had I seen this teletype copy of the document given to me here.
DR. KAUFFMANN: I am drawing your attention to the signature which
reads "Muller"
GENERAL KALTENBRUNNER: Actually, the man was entitled to sign
such a decree if it did in fact exist. But I have heard-this I
would like to add-at the time of 1944-1945 from the liaison officer
between Himmler and Hitler by the name of Fegelein when I made my
report to headquarters, which at that time, I believe, was already
in Berlin, I heard the name Bullet Decree, which to me was an
absolutely strange conception. So I asked him what it was. He
replied that this was a Fuehrer order and that he knew no more than
that, except that he had heard that this was a special type of
prisoner of war. I was not satisfied with that reply, and so, on the
same day, I sent a teletype message to Himmler in which I asked him
to look into an order of the Fuehrer which was called Bullet Decree.
At that time I did not know either that the State Police was
concerned with the Bullet Decree. Then a few days later, Muller came
to see me on Himmler's behalf, and gave me a decree to read which,
however, did not come from Hitler, but from Himmler, in which
Himmler stated that he was transmitting this to me as a verbal order
of the Fuehrer. Referring to this, I replied to Himmler that I
noticed in this Fuehrer decree that again the most elementary
principles of the Geneva Convention were violated, although this had
been going on from a time long before I had assumed office and there
had been other violations following that. I asked him to intervene
with the Fuehrer, and I attached to this letter the draft of a
letter from Himmler to Hitler, asking the Fuehrer (a) to cancel that
decree, and (b) at any rate, to relieve the subordinate departments
of the burden on their conscience.
DR. KAUFFMANN: What was the result?
GENERAL KALTENBRUNNER: The result was positive. Although the Bullet
Decree and a number of other equally depressing orders were not
repealed, it was positive insofar as in February 1945 Hitler
permitted me for the first time to get in touch with the
International Red Cross, an action which had been strictly
prohibited before.
DR. KAUFFMANN: This action with reference to the Red Cross was
initiated by you, and did this action refer to the inspection of
concentration camps?
GENERAL KALTENBRUNNER: In that connection I must answer "yes" and
"no," for it coincided with the request made by the Red Cross and
its president, Burckhardt, for immediate and direct contact. I would
like to say the attempt of both sides coincided. But please do not
misunderstand me. Apart from that there were, of course, numerous
attempts-I would almost like to say, behind Hitler's back-to get in
contact with the Red Cross, in which connection I call attention for
instance to the continuous contact the Foreign Office had with them.
DR. KAUFFMANN: The Prosecution have stated that during the time you
were in office two concentration camps had been newly established,
Lublin and Hertogenbosch. Did you hear anything about that? Who
could have ordered the establishing of these two camps?
GENERAL KALTENBRUNNER: I do not know the date when these two camps
were set up. The one in Lublin and the other one in Hertogenbosch
were subordinate through the channel of the WVHA to the Higher
Police and SS Leader of the occupied countries in which they were
situated, so that the main offices in Berlin had nothing to do with
them.
DR. KAUFFMANN: Now, will you please answer this question with "yes"
or "no": Had the concentration camp at Auschwitz been known to you
as such?
GENERAL KALTENBRUNNER: No, I did not know about it until November of
1943.
DR. KAUFFMANN: Were you, simultaneously with learning of the camp's
existence, informed of the significance of this camp, namely, that
it was exclusively an extermination camp for Jews handed over by
Eichmann?
GENERAL KALTENBRUNNER: No, it could not have been known to anybody
as such, for the question put to Himmler, "Why was such a large camp
being installed there?" was always answered by him, "Because of the
proximity of the large armament works." And I think he mentioned
then Vitkovice and others. At any rate-and I think this must be
emphasized-there was such a complete secrecy regarding what went on
in Auschwitz, that the statements of not only the defendants but of
anyone else who might be asked by the Americans, "Do you know about
it?" and answers in the negative must be believed.
DR. KAUFFMANN: The most atrocious excesses are connected with this
camp in Auschwitz. This concentration camp was under the spiritual
leadership of the infamous Eichmann. Now I am asking you: When did
you get acquainted with Eichmann? Witness Lammers stated yesterday
that in the RSHA a conference took place regarding the so-called
"final solution." Did you know about it?
GENERAL KALTENBRUNNER: No. I think that the witness Lammers, and
another witness, too, stated that Eichmann, possibly under my name,
had called a meeting at the RSHA in Berlin during February or March
1943, a so-called discussion with department chiefs. I have to say
to that, that nominally I did commence my services in Berlin on 30
January, but in fact, until May I was not in Berlin except for a few
official visits; but in Vienna, where I was enlarging my
intelligence service in order to transfer it eventually to Berlin.
DR. KAUFFMANN: When did you hear, for the first time, that the
camp at Auschwitz was an extermination camp?
GENERAL KALTENBRUNNER: I had no knowledge of Hitler's order to
Heydrich regarding the final solution of the Jewish problem at the
time I took up my office. In the summer of 1943 I gathered from the
Foreign Press and through the Enemy Radio...
DR. KAUFFMANN: The witness Hottl has stated in an affidavit that
he had heard from Eichmann that a total number of 4 to 5 million
Jewish persons had been exterminated, about 2 million of them in
Auschwitz. Have you heard any such figures?
GENERAL KALTENBRUNNER: I have never heard such figures. But I
approached Himmler on that subject and asked him whether he had any
idea of all these crimes so far. The reason I put that question to
him was that he would realize the extent of the catastrophe which
was bound to follow. He replied to me that he had no figures. I do
not believe it. I believe he had them.
DR. KAUFFMANN: Do you want to assume a responsibility in this
connection or do you want to deny it?
GENERAL KALTENBRUNNER: I must deny it completely, because I hope to
be able to prove through Burckhardt that there was nobody who
exposed himself more on this question in favor of another solution.
To give a reasonable explanation for that document is almost humanly
impossible, because from the beginning to the end it is an invention
and a fake. I brand this document a complete and utter lie coming
from Gerdes, and I can only refer you to the deposition supporting
my statement by the Higher SS and Police Leader who was the sole
competent authority in Bavaria, Freiherr Von Eberstein, who himself
calls Gerdes' statement completely incredible. I would like to
refute these accusations in detail as follows: He says:
"The existence of Jewish work camps in Bavaria as branches of Dachau,
was completely unknown to me. And I am asking you to recognize the
absurdity of my sponsoring in April of 1945 such an order, when I
tried in March 1945 to start discussions with the President of the
International Red Cross, Burckhardt, regarding the release and help
to be given to all Jews, and when I made all efforts to have him
personally look after the Jewish camps- in which I succeeded.
DR. KAUFFMANN: And now, with the permission of the Tribunal, and
because it is a terrible accusation, I am quoting a few sentences
from this document, because the Prosecution, too, have read these
sentences into the record. The document goes on to say:
"Kaltenbrunner gave written instructions to Dachau that all
internees who were members of the Western European Powers were to be
loaded on lorries and transported to Switzerland, whereas the
remaining inmates were to be marched afoot into the Otztal territory
(Tyrol), where the final liquidation of the internees was to be
carried out, in one way or the other." Perhaps you can explain in
a few words, without going into detail, whether or not this document
contains the truth.

According to his statement, I must have had dozens of couriers
during my stay in Austria. Two persons were in my company, my driver
and my administrative adjutant, his name was Scheitler, a man who
had nothing to do with intelligence and police. There were three of
us. I had not even the possibility of dispatching so many couriers.
Secondly, as far as Bavaria was concerned, there was no need for me
to carry out any preparations, not even under pressure from Himmler.
Why? Because, as far as Bavaria is concerned, plenipotentiary powers
were given to Obergruppenfuehrer Berger, the same day I was given
plenipotentiary powers for Austria. So that there was no reason for
me to take such action. Thirdly, I could not even have carried such
insane orders regarding a concentration camp in my heart when, at
the same time, I was ordering exactly the opposite. I am thinking of
Mauthausen. I had given an order to Mauthausen that the camp was to
be completely handed over to the enemy. If you can put yourself in
Himmler's place, then this would have been completely wrong, since
the real criminals were in Mauthausen, whereas the people in Dachau
had nothing or little against them. So that even if you thought as
Himmler-that the exact opposite would have been necessary-from that
point of view, too, it is completely insane to accuse me of any such

accompanied Hitler almost everywhere he went, including his Alpine
retreat in Berchtesgaden and his forward "Wolf's Lair" headquarters.
He lived between Hitler's apartments in the New Reich Chancellery
and the home in a working-class Berlin neighbourhood that he kept

Eichmann Missing Footage
“Since you presumably know the basics about the Holocaust; if you
don’t, I would suggest that a movie review is no place to learn
them; I will jump to the main question about “The Specialist”, a new
documentary that focuses on the trial of Adolf Eichmann. What can we
gather from this film that isn’t in the books? The answer lies in
the way “The Specialist”, was made. It is based exclusively on
footage shot at the trial, which began on 11 April 1961, continued
through sentencing on 15 December 1961, and was videotaped in its
entirety. Such comprehensiveness was unusual but not surprising.
Having organized an event that was, in the most sober sense of the
term, a show trial, the Israeli government made a complete record of
what was shown, which was nothing less than the full scope and
logistics of the Holocaust. To carry out the videotaping, the
government hired Leo Hurwitz, an American whose professional
credentials were impeccable and also distinctly left-wing. The
result was some 500 hours of videotape – an invaluable historic
document, which the Israelis almost immediately abandoned. Not only
were the tapes left to deteriorate in an uncatalogued heap, with the
rights to them sold piecemeal–a frequent fate of film and television
footage – but the material was eventually made inaccessible. When
the young Israeli filmmaker Eyal Sivan learned of the tapes in 1991
and asked to see them, he was informed that this footage didn’t
exist. This wasn’t a complete lie. When Sivan and writer Rony
Brauman at last got their hands on the tapes, they estimated that a
third of the footage had decayed so badly that it could no longer be
viewed. Even so, I wonder if something beyond mere bureaucratic
incompetence was at work in the general disappearance. During these
years, the “Israeli government had been holding on to another
document from the trial: “Eichmann’s Memoirs”, an 1,100-page
manuscript” “composed in jail”. Knowing that written material can be
quoted, misquoted, excerpted, paraphrased, recombined, framed and
reframed, the Israelis decided to lock up the manuscript.

to be used by the historian Deborah Lipstadt against the Holocaust

long-neglected prison memoir by Adolf Eichmann, written soon before
the execution of the man who devised the systematic extermination of

1. Lieutenant Colonel Adolf Eichmann, was Murdered by the Government
of Israel in 1962. Adolf Eichmann's last words: "Long live Germany.

jail”, this complete so-called manuscript, pathetically written,
totaly contradicting recorded audio and video footage, thus being a
total fabrication, and allegedly kept by the "Israeli

2000, 38 years after his passing, just in time to be used in the
court case against the British Historian David Irving.

followed by troops charged with discovering and securing any
evidence of German war crimes. Among them was Dr. Charles Larson,
one of America's leading forensic pathologists, who was assigned to

“Concentration Camp Conditions Killed Most Inmates, Says Doctor: Dr
Charles Larson followed General Patton’s troops into Southern
Germany at the end of WW2. In the following months, he conducted
autopsies on as many as 100 concentration camp victims from mass
graves in a single day. The Tacoma, Wa, physician, who in his
post-war career came to be called the “crime Doctor” because of his
medical detective work, was in Wichita Monday for a dedication
ceremony of a crime archive exhibit named after him at Wichita State
University. Larson has talked little publicly about the war
experience, One reason for his silence had been that his autopsy
findings conflicted with the widely held belief “What we’ve heard is
that 6 Million Jews were exterminated. Part of that is a hoax.”
Larson said. There were mass murders in concentration camps as
Germany fell in an attempt to cover up atrocities, but most inmates
died as a result of conditions in the camps, he said. When the war
ended Larson served as a forensic pathologist investigating Nazi war
crimes for the Judge Advocate General’s Office. He was the first
pathologist to enter Dachau, only hours after German troops
surrendered. His investigations took him to more than 20 camps.
Larson said in an interview Monday that certainly hundreds of
thousands, even millions of Jews died at the hands of Nazis. But
most died as a result of the conditions to which they were subjected
rather than mass exterminations. “They worked these people to
death.” He said. Fed on potato peelings, inadequately clothed and
packed into shacks, they died of every known disease, he said. “In
one camp, 90% died of Tuberculosis. It went from shack to shack.”
Larson said that in Southern Germany, where he served, autopsies
showed that death by gassing and shooting were rare. Never was a
case of poisoning uncovered, he said. Just curious but if there were
no autopsy results showing poison gas as the cause of death, how was
it determined that "...death by gassing [...] were rare”.” -

"The majority died of natural diseases of one kind or the another.
However, we did probe into such questions as, “What happened to
those prisoners who became psychotic at Dachau? What did the Gestapo
do with them?” Well, they took those people to the crematorium.
First, however, they were taken to a big windowless building next to
the crematorium where the ceiling was covered with false shower
heads. The victims were then ordered to strip and take a “shower.”
Outside the building, guards dropped in cyanide pellets. Then they'd
blow the cyanide gas out and remove the bodies next door to the
crematorium ovens. I think this is what happened to most of the
truly psychotic prisoners and those they considered unruly and
unmanageable and who, in the Gestapo's opinion, were incorrigibles.
But, in my opinion, only relatively few of the inmates I personally
examined at Dachau were murdered in this manner. Still, medical
facilities were totally inadequate. When people fell hopelessly ill
and death was imminent, and when they grew so weak they could no
longer work or function, they were taken to the cyanide room for
disposal. The Nazi called them “mercy killings” because there was no
hope of them getting well. Actually, the Germans considered them a
liability, and extermination was the answer.
In one grave the bulldozers uncovered
an estimated 2,000 bodies, many of which were subjected to autopsy
examination by Major Larson. All of those autopsied had died of
various conditions such as emaciation with Starvation, Tuberculosis,
Typhus or other Infectious Diseases. Dachau was where they made most
of the insignia worn by the German Army. I personally collected more
than 1,000 Nazi emblems. A rumor going around Dachau after we got
there was that many of the prisoners were poisoned. I did a lot of
toxicological analysis to determine the facts and removed organs
from a cross-section of about 30 or 40 bodies and sent them into
Paris to the Army's First Medical Laboratory for analysis, since I
lacked the proper facilities in the field. The reports came back
negative. I could not find where any of these people had been
poisoned. The majority died of natural diseases of one kind or
another. Shortly after the fall of Munich, Major Larson went on to
Dachau with his war crimes investigating team. Dachau was located
about 10 kilometers from Munich. This most horrible of prisons was
sealed up tight as a drum. Inside an American Engineer battalion had
gotten hold of some DDT and was spraying everybody because a typhus
epidemic was spreading like wildfire. Typhus spreads from one person
to another by infected lice, and all the dead were crawling with
lice. This was in June, 1945. Dr. Larson remembers the date well,
because it was just about that time the papers came down from high
command that he had been promoted to Lt. Colonel. He was now going
to earn the extra pay. To get into Dachau, you had to have a pass.
Col. Larson's was signed by the Commanding General of the area. (He
still has the original.) For the next 10 days, many nights with only
an hour or two of restless sleep, Col. Larson worked among the dead.
He performed about 25 autopsies a day and superficially examined
another 300 to 1,000 bodies. He autopsied only those bodies that
appeared to have died questionably. "Many of them died from typhus,"
Dr. Larson told me recently. "Dachau's crematoriums couldn't keep up
with the burning of the bodies. They did not have enough oil to keep
the incinerators going. I found that a number of the victims had
also died from tuberculosis. All of them were malnourished. The
medical facilities were most inadequate. There was no sanitation.
Two of my assistants developed TB while working with me, but
apparently I'd been exposed to it so often it didn't touch me. The
only infection I suffered was a cutaneous tuberculous-ulcer on one
knuckle." There were no professional autopsy rooms available, so
Col. Larson and his two assistants took the best precautions they
could. There wasn't even any soap available, no green soap, no
Lysol; most of the time their improvised morgues were not even
heated. There was no way to sterilize their surgical instruments to
stop the spread of infection. One of the boys who worked with Col.
Larson developed TB of the testicle and later had it amputed. His
other assistant was the son of a New York City undertaker. He
developed pulmonary tuberculosis and was subjected to years of
treatment after the war. At Dachau Col. Larson's work-the profile of
the prisoner population that his autopsies projected-indicated that
only a small percentage of the deaths were due to medical
experimentation on humans. It indicated that most of the victims
died from so-called "natural causes" at the time; that is, of
disease brought on by malnutrition and filth which are the
handmaidens of war.” -

multitudes, there is a person, a leader, an innovator and dedicated
worker who serves as a model and example to others in his field.
Such a man is Dr Charles P. Larson, of Tacoma, Washington. The
scientific adventures and the investigative triumphs of Dr Larson
have been excellently captured in this book by author John D.
McCallum for the edification of his countless friends, colleagues
and the general public. For the past 40 years, Dr Larson has
spent his life as a Forensic Pathologist. He has performed this
public service as a private practitioner and has never held public
office or a formal appointment in a law enforcement agency charged
in the scientific investigation of death. His personal success in
the scientific investigation of death is demonstrated through the
media of case presentation. Dr Larson foresaw the need for education
and development of scientific aids in the investigation of violent

In 1937, Forensic Pathology was in its infancy in the United States.
Dr Larson, known far and wide as an expert in this field, carried
the doctrine of scientific investigation of death to his community.
Recognition of his capability in Forensic Pathology came from the
College of American Pathologists where he served as president and
also was chairman of the Forensic Pathology Committee. He served as
chairman of the Council of Forensic Pathology for the American
Society of Clinical Pathologists and was one of the founders of the
certification program in Forensic Pathology for the American Board
of Pathology. Forensic Pathology may be defined as that unique
application of medical knowledge to the investigation of deaths to
ascertain whether the death is natural, accidental, homicidal or
suicidal. The medico-legal investigation of death encompasses a
broad spectrum of activities. Dr Larson-so-named the "Crime Doctor"
years ago by former Tacoma prosecuting attorney Pat
Steele-participates in the investigation of the scene where death
occurs. From the examination of the death scene there will be
derived evidence that will link the victim to a suspect. The
evidence must first be recognized, secondly collected, identified
and preserved, and then analyzed. The clothing of the victim is
equally as important as the body of the victim, for from the
clothing there will be derived proof of violence and recovery of
trace evidence. Alterations of the clothing must be correlated with
injuries upon the body of the victim. Thereafter, follows the
examination of the body of the deceased person and from the
postmortem examination of the body there is obtained a story of the
victim's life and death, his health, disease and injury, and the
cause of death. The data obtained by the Forensic Pathologist are
factual, objective, unprejudiced and unbiased. The factual
information derived from the scene, the clothing and the body allows
the "Crime Doctor" to reach a valid medical conclusion as to the
cause and manner of death. The same facts presented to a judge and
jury permit the irrefutable identification, trial and conviction of
the criminal who has perpetrated the crime. The Forensic
Pathologist, Charles P. Larson, as an objective finder of fact, has
applied his skills, knowledge, experience and intelligence to the
discovery of deaths from violence and has assisted in the successful
removal of the criminal from society. A cosmopolitan, Dr Larson was

his colleagues, eminate from his curriculum vitae. He has served as
president of the major professional organizations in pathology.
Service to his country as a colonel in the United States Army
culminated in his being appointed pathologist for the War Crimes
Investigating Team in the European Theater of Operation in 1945. Dr
Larson was a founding member of the American Academy of Forensic
Sciences in Chicago in 1948 and in 1966 was a founding member of the
National Association of Medical Examiners. These two active national
organizations provide assistance, guidance and leadership for those
engaged in Forensic Pathology. The American Academy of Forensic
Sciences has grown from a handful of founders to the present
internationally active organization encompassing every discipline
involved in the Criminal Justice System. Scientific papers
published in the Journal of Forensic Sciences, founded by the
American Academy of Forensic Sciences, are disseminated throughout
the country to those practitioners in legal medicine and the related
sciences. The Academy initiated the Forensic Science Foundation to
develop new tools and investigate techniques for the medico-legal
investigation of death. The National Association of Medical
Examiners has grown to an organization of approximately 400
physicians engaged in the investigation of death. With Dr
Larson's advice and support, this group has initiated a program for
the improvement of medical examiners' and coroners' offices
throughout the country by the development of standards for the
medicolegal investigation of death. The scientific meetings of the
National Association of Medical Examiners are dedicated to the
improvement of our system of investigating deaths and provide
assistance to those charged with the development of local and
statewide systems. NAME has assisted in developing training
programs for young physicians wishing to enter the field of Forensic
Pathology. Under Dr Larson's leadership and stimulation, great
strides have been made in providing qualified Forensic Pathologists
to serve many communities in the United States. In the major
metropolitan cities there is still a shortage of qualified persons
in Forensic Pathology. Dr Larson's career as a father is, from a
philosophical viewpoint, far more spectacular than that of the
"Crime Doctor." Dr Larson's career as a teacher began in 1939 as
Professor of Anatomy and Histology at St. Martin's College in Lacey,
Washington and continues today through his presentation of lectures
and papers at professional society meetings and through his
consultative services to various local and national institutions. Dr
Charles P. Larson, student, father, scientist, physician,
investigator, has led an active life dedicated to a higher quality
of medical practice in a highly specialized area, Forensic Pathology,
and today stands forth as a symbol of excellence in medical practice

The “Plan”
“Raul Hilberg forced to admit: “No
Order”, “No Plan”, “No Budget”. In 1961, Raul Hilberg, first of the
“Holocaust” historians, “the pope” of exterminationist science,
published the first version of his major work “The Destruction of
the European Jews”,1961. He expressed in doctoral manner the
following thesis: Hitler had given orders for an organised massacre
of the Jews, and all was explained as somehow coming of those
orders. This way of displaying the merchandise was to end in fiasco.
With the revisionists asking to see the Hitler orders, Hilberg was
compelled to admit that they had Never Existed. From 1982 to 1985,
under the pressure of the same revisionists asking to see just what
the Mythological “Gas Chambers”, in technical reality, he was led to
revise his presentation. In 1985, in the “revised and definitive”
edition of the same book, instead of taking an assertive, curt
stance with the reader-customer, he sought to get round him with all
sorts of convoluted phrases, appealing to a supposed taste for the
mysteries of parapsychology or the paranormal. He expounded on the
history of the destruction of the European Jews without in the least
bringing up any order, from Hitler or anyone else, to exterminate
the Jews. He explained everything by a kind of mystery: “Countless
decision makers in a far-flung bureaucratic machine” took part in
the extermination enterprise by virtue of a “mechanism”, and did so
without any “basic plan” (p. 53)...; these bureaucrats “created an
atmosphere in which the formal, written word could gradually be
abandoned as a modus operandi” (p. 54)...; there were “basic
understandings of officials resulting in decisions not requiring
orders or explanations”...; “it was a matter of spirit, of shared
comprehension, of consonance and synchronization”...; “no one agency
was charged with the whole operation”...; “no single organization
directed or coordinated the entire process”... (p. 55).” -

According to Hilberg, this concerted extermination had indeed taken
place, but there was no possibility of actually demonstrating it
with the aid of specific documents. Two years previously, in
February 1983, during a conference at Avery Fischer Hall, New York,
he presented his theory:

destructive measures. They were taken step by step, one step at a
time. Thus, came about not so much a plan being carried out, but an

Lacking Material Evidence
“In all of this, one kind of evidence
is notably lacking: material evidence. This fact is perhaps the most
shocking to contemplate. One would assume that, after 70 years,
researchers have accumulated a veritable mountain of hard physical
evidence in support of the conventional account. But this is not the
case. In fact, quite the opposite. For example, a large proportion
of the victims’ bodies, we are told, were buried before they were
exhumed and burned. And yet we cannot find evidence of these huge
mass graves. Nearly all of the 6 Million corpses were ultimately
incinerated — and yet, apart from the Auschwitz crematoria, we
cannot begin to explain how all those bodies were burned. Nor have
we found more than an infinitesimal fraction of the tons of ash that
would have been produced. Entire camps have all but vanished —
notably, Bełżec, Sobibór, and Treblinka. And the entire bureaucratic
mechanism of the Holocaust has also disappeared — despite the fact
that thousands of functionaries would have to have been involved
with the process. We have no budget, no plan, no logistics, no
Hitler order — nothing to suggest that the deliberate murder of
millions took place. [By the early 1990s] the archives of the former
eastern bloc started to divulge their secrets. Predictably, a
written order by Hitler for the ‘Final Solution’ was not found. The
presumption that a single, explicit written order had ever been
given had long been dismissed by most historians. Nothing now
changed that supposition. And yet, Hitler must have ordered it. How
to explain this? Traditionalists tie themselves into knots trying to
make sense of this situation. Hilberg is a case in point.
Originally, he spoke of two Hitler orders, without supplying any
specifics (1961: 177). When it became clear that no such orders
existed, Hilberg retreated to a bizarre view, namely, that the Nazis
acted via some kind of Magic Telepathy.

Woke-Ism

little gods to tell the others what to do.

corrosive impact of identity politics that has become totalitarian –

possible because relativistic postmodernism undermined. The

universities with Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity (DIE) offices and
other policies that supported identity politics. This enabled
postmodernism to become “reified”; it now could be officially
demanded that identities perceived to be oppressed be “made real”.

became a useful tool for corporatized universities, which have
used woke-ism's support for arbitrariness and totalitarianism to
manage their "employees" (professors) and satisfy “customers”

2. IS IT TRUE that the Zionist leaders in Switzerland and Turkey
received this offer with the clear understanding that the exclusion
of Palestine as a destination for the deportees was based on an

a) ONLY Palestine would be considered as a destination for the
deportees.

from Europe, and resettle them in British colonies, as a part of
diplomatic negotiations with Germany.

with the observation "Only to Palestine!"
9. IS IT TRUE that the British government granted visas to 300
rabbis and their families to the Colony of Mauritius, with passage
for the evacuees through Turkey. The "Jewish Agency" leaders
sabotaged this plan with the observation that the plan was disloyal
to Palestine, and the 300 rabbis and their families should be
gassed.
10. IS IT TRUE that during the course of the negotiations mentioned
above, Chaim Weitzman, the first "Jewish statesman" stated: "The
most valuable part of the Jewish nation is already in Palestine, and
those Jews living outside Palestine are not too important".
Weitzman's cohort, Greenbaum, amplified this statement with the
observation "One cow in Palestine is worth more than all the Jews in
Europe".
There are additional similar questions to be asked of these atheist
degenerates known as "Jewish statesmen", but for the time being let
them respond to the ten questions. These Zionist "statesmen" with
their great foresight, sought to bring an end two-thousand years of
Divinely ordained Jewish subservience and political tractability.

Temple was destroyed by the Romans. And now for the past fifty

and continue in their policy of fomenting anti-Semitism. When will
they stop? Must every Jew in America also suffer?? - Even the Nazi
monsters had more sense, and gave up their war before all Germany
was destroyed. The Zionist "statesmen" ridicule the sacred oath
which the Creator placed upon the Jews in the Diaspora. Our Torah,

be He, swore the Jews not to occupy the Holy Land by force, even if

prays for Divine help in carrying out his crime. We should pray that
Zionism and its fruits vanish from the Earth, and that we be
redeemed by the Messiah with dispatch. A prisoner is released only
when he has served his time, or if he is pardoned by the President
for good behavior. If he attempts escape and is apprehended, his
term is lengthened, besides the beating he receives when he is

What should be

Psychological Operation? What are the signs that something is a
psychological operation?

narrative is Number 1. A matching narrative, means that I'm hearing
pretty much the same messaging from Media Outlets, Celebrity
Influencers, which is No. 2, and Authority. So people that are in a
position of Social Authority, not like cops, lawyers and judges, but
people in Social Authority, like Pop Singers, the most popular Pop
Singers, all saying the same on social media. That should terrify
you to the deepest part of your core, that none of this is real, or
none of this is what it seems like. And those are the first 2.
Number 3 is if you're seeing people silenced, or ostracised for
disagreeing with an idea. We saw this during the “Pandemic” like
crazy. There were Harvard educated medical doctors that were kicked
off social media, which is our greatest fear of of human beings is
being ostracised socially. So, Harvard educated doctors that
disagreed with this mainstream narrative were getting banned. And Dr
Robert Malone, the inventor of mRNA Vaccines, was on there, and went
against the narrative, and got ostracised, it's unbelievable. So,
like in that Step 3, just remember in your mind, that if an idea
requires suppression to exist, it's a horrible idea, and it's most
likely a Psychological Operation. Good ideas don't need to suppress
other people. Good ideas spread on their own. So, those 3 are some
of the big ones.
